the California State Assembly passed a legislation making it "Cuss Free Week" every first week of March in the state. apparently, they were inspired by a 16 year old boy who started a No Cussing Club in his school, who also inspired several others from different schools to start their own groups. whoever this kid is, he's an @$$.
